General Terms & Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the CXCasino website and mobile application ("Platform"). By accessing or registering on this Platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

CXCasino reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use CXCasino's services, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

  • You must be at least 18 years years old.
  • Online gaming must be legal in your country of residence.
  • You must be a real, live person — the use of bots or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
  • You have not been previously banned by CXCasino.

At the time of registration, you are required to Accurate & complete information must be provided. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. CXCasino reserves the right to request identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

One Account Policy: Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

Once registration is complete, a verification link will be sent to your email. Withdrawal access will be limited until your email is verified. It is your responsibility to keep your registration details up to date at all times.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Please strictly adhere to the following:

  • Never share your password with anyone.
  • Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.
  • Exercise caution when logging in on public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
  • Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled.

If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact CXCasino Support immediately. CXCasino will never ask for your password via email or message — treat any such communication as a phishing attempt.

The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. Managing an account through a third party is against CXCasino's policy.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at CXCasino are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and USDT.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

  • The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same.

  • CXCasino reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious or unusual activity.
  • Daily withdrawal limits vary according to your VIP level.

CXCasino never charges extra fees on deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond CXCasino's control.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Conditions

CXCasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms are as follows:

  • Welcome Bonus: Applicable to first deposit only. Each member is eligible once.
  • Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering multiplier must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited.
  • Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games.
  • Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit applies when playing with bonus balance.
Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse and bonus hunting are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

Gaming & Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to both casino games and Sports Betting on CXCasino:

  • The minimum bet is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum bet is determined by the specific game and your VIP level.
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the full bet amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, CXCasino's server logs shall serve as the final and definitive record.
  • All casino games use independently certified RNG.

Sports Betting Special Rules:

  • Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
  • CXCasino reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
  • Single, accumulator, and system bets are all accepted.
  • In-play bets may be declined due to internet delays.

Any attempt to exploit technical errors for abnormal gains will result in the relevant winnings being voided and the account being placed under review.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CXCasino. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • False Information: Providing false identity during registration or KYC verification.
  • Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
  • Collusion: Multiple players colluding to cheat against others.
  • Underage Access: Opening an account on behalf of someone under the age of 18.
  • Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

CXCasino uses advanced AI systems to monitor suspicious activity. If prohibited activity is detected, the account may be closed and associated funds forfeited without prior warning.

Section 08

Account Closure, Suspension & Self-Exclusion

CXCasino may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
  • In cases of financial irregularities or suspicious transactions.
  • At the member's own request (voluntary account closure).
  • For self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may close your account at any time. To reclaim your real-money balance (excluding bonuses), please submit a request to our support team. All KYC verification must be completed before the account can be closed.

Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be marked as inactive.

Limitation of Liability: CXCasino accepts liability for direct losses; however, it is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability arising from technical errors is subject to a maximum limit.

Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the jurisdiction of the licensing authority. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the relevant judicial system.

If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Your original deposited funds, however, will remain unaffected.
